Application for Secondary transition

Parents of children currently in Year 6 who wish to apply for one of the 150 Year 7 places available each year will need to complete their own Local Education Authority’s (LEA) Common Application Form and return it to the LEA by the stipulated deadline. Supplementary forms for Foundation and/or Specialist Music places are available from the school and should be completed and returned to the school (for those living outside the borough of Wandsworth) or back to Wandsworth Council (for those residing in Wandsworth).

Mid-year admissions

Mid-year applications can be made at any time throughout the year, but it should be noted that this will generally result in being placed on the waiting list as vacancies rarely arise. When a vacancy does arise, the applicant who best meets the Governing Body’s admissions criteria (see below) will be offered the place, regardless of how long she or he has been on the waiting list. It is not possible to apply for a Specialist Music place mid-year.
